Креативна ідея:
During two years of the full-scale war, Ukrainian children have witnessed bombs flying over their heads, seen streets and buildings lying in ruins, heard hundreds of air raid sirens, and spent hours and days in dark bomb shelters. More than one thousand kindergartens were destroyed. Normal, peaceful, carefree children’s life has been put on pause, but not their development. Even one year is very important for a preschool children, because during this time they learns fundamental life skills. Thus, there was an urgent need in a simple and effective method to help children continue growing smart, despite stress, under any conditions, even in shelters with no Internet and electricity. We created new children's friends - superheroes who can be with them everywhere, anytime, which can be easily created and would make it easier for children to overcome hard times, fears and to continue their development. Based on the list of 16 fundamental skills defined by UNICEF as necessary for children to master at the age of 2 to 6 years old, we endowed each of our superheroes with a certain set of knowledge in these skills (called "superpowers") and sent them on a mission to pass them on to children in a light and playful way. We used a primitive technology from the old days which in itself works as an anti-stress and available under any conditions. So we created a puppet theater with four eye-catching characters called the Sparkles, each possessing a certain set of skills and able to kindle those “superpowers” in preschoolers. The templates for puppets, along with the scripts and stage designs for 10 edutainment shows, were placed online. Anyone could download, print, cut out and use the puppets and other materials to create their own shows. Thus, children could play anywhere and anytime, developing non-stop .
