Challenge_ Activo Bank (portuguese bank) is, since its foundation, a bank and a brand with a very serious commitment to gender equality. Equality policies, equal opportunities, equal salaries, etc. So, the brand has responsibilities and the challenge was clear. How to celebrate International Women's Day, contributing to put the theme of equality, under the spotlight? Insight The world isn’t equal for all, both women and men. Solution Let’s shock the audience, with a bit of irony. Let’s put the theme of equality in the collective consciousness, without being afraid to assume that that brand has an attitude of equality.
