Polish children's hospitals are old, lacking technology, customer care and digital experience. To change this, hospitals need help of professionals and their knowledge, but hospitals don’t have a budget for them. Children who are patients of the hospitals, took matters into their own hands and decided to hire top professionals. With the help of K.I.D.S foundation, they launched Little headhunters powered by LinkedIn and became headhunters. Children carefully selected experts who could share their know-how with hospitals. Then they have recorded personalized recruitment videos for each of them and shared their message directly.
