Accessibility should become a new social norm for each of us as anyone can fall out of social processes for a short period or even for a lifetime. We created a video that reminded everyone that Oschadbank is a socially responsible bank that fosters accessibility through numerous means. In the video we told people's stories through their touch, gaze, hands, and habits. We showed that despite losses, injuries, disabilities, and weaknesses, everyone has the right to live to the fullest. Life should not stop. And no matter what state people are in they have the right to the same services as others and to be treated with dignity. The video reminded viewers that Oschadbank treats its guests responsibly. Good feedback has positively reflected on the bank's reputation.
