Креативна ідея:
The Kyiv National Art Gallery is celebrating its one-hundredth anniversary, and McCann Kyiv has created a vibrant identity to mark the occasion. The gallery's identity captures the dynamic history of the gallery, which has seen a range of different historical and cultural eras over the course of a century. The core of the identity is the dynamic logo and its elements that respond to changes, reflecting the amplitude of the gallery’s canvases. It is a visual embodiment of the gallery’s ongoing evolution and its place in the heart of Kyiv. The identity also features a series of graphic elements, including stripes and so-called waves, to symbolize the gallery’s development over time. The identity celebrates the gallery’s past and present and looks forward to the future, standing as a tribute to the Kyiv National Art Gallery’s century of achievement. To commemorate the milestone anniversary, a series of exhibitions and events were held in the gallery, leading up to the Christmas period. The new identity was designed to be flexible and modular, with the logo being the foundation of the brand system. Its waves and vibrations bring the logo to life, while other design materials such as posters, videos, social media, outdoor advertising, event-supporting design materials, and merchandise were also produced. The Kyiv National Art Gallery opened his doors to public in order to celebrate its century history despite all the difficulties caused by Russian invasion to remind to the world that arts are always a relevant need, even now more than ever. This astonishing fact once again confirms the mission of the gallery, which keeps canvases and art for old and new generations, no matter what, it continues to preserve the history of arts. It will continue to do so in the future.
