Креативна ідея:
At Wisła Kraków FC, relegation threatened to extinguish a century of passion. We were tasked not just with increasing attendance, but with reigniting the soul of an entire fanbase. Our breakthrough: harnessing the deeply ingrained Polish belief that fans bring luck. We didn't just analyze data; we creatively transformed mandatory attendance records and over 200 granular game statistics into the 'Lucky Fan Index' (LFI) – a pioneering, personalized metric quantifying each fan's unique contribution to the team's fortune. This wasn't merely a score; it was a gamified, emotional narrative that validated loyalty and drove unparalleled engagement. The Lucky Fan Index became our most potent promotional tool: fans boasting the highest LFI were rewarded with exclusive VIP stadium experiences, while even those with the lowest scores received valuable merchandise discounts, ensuring every single supporter felt a direct, tangible connection to their club's fate. The impact was phenomenal: a league-best average attendance of 26,183 – a staggering 42.2% increase – alongside millions of media impressions. We proved that when data is wielded with audacious creativity and cultural understanding, it doesn't just inform; it transforms, elevates, and unites.
