Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of
Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of is a national competition created to celebrate the best design projects in Ukraine.
The goal of the competition is to give a voice to Ukrainian designers – both established professionals and those still shaping their own style. It is a space for ideas, experimentation, and bold solutions that fosters the growth of the design community and promotes Ukrainian creativity in its broadest sense.
Designers of all disciplines and experience levels are invited to participate – professionals from the advertising and communications industry, independent creators, young specialists, and students. The rules are simple and accessible, allowing anyone to submit their work regardless of professional level or experience.
The contest program accepts entries in five contests:
- Graphic Design & Branding
- Digital Design
- TV/Promo & Video Motion Graphics
- Product Design
- Environmental Design
For those working on concepts, each category includes a special Concept Design subcategory – an opportunity to present unrealized but conceptually strong projects and showcase personal creative vision.
The competition pays special attention to young talent. Students can submit their work for free and compete in a separate Student Design subcategory, gaining a real chance to showcase their work to the professional community and international experts.
All submissions are evaluated exclusively by an international jury composed of professionals from different countries. This approach ensures impartial judging, a high level of expertise, and a perspective beyond the local context.
Ukrainian Design: The Very Best Of is part of the Ukrainian Creative Awards program, held within the Ukrainian Creative Stories event, and is also included in the 2026 National Creativity and Craft Rankings of Ukraine.
