ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS
KEY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- The application materials are the most important part of the competition work. They will be watched, read and evaluated by the jury during judging, as well as when making a decision on work
- Concepts and unrealized materials are not accepted for participation.
- Each work is issued in the form of a separate competition application.
- Works forming a campaign (series) must be registered and paid for as a series of separate competitive applications.
- Each application must be submitted in Ukrainian or English. Creative materials (print and audiovisual) can be submitted in the language of the program. Submissions must contain a written description of the work in Ukrainian. The written entry is limited to 500 words. The video presentation of the case is limited to 120 seconds.
- Links must be written in the format 'https: //', and also - be publicly available, without the need to enter a login or password.
- All websites and other Internet materials must be referenced, even if temporarily posted for judging purposes.
- Please make sure your URL will be available online. Works that are not available will not be considered by the jury members.
- Please check your credits carefully when filling out the application. The data you provide will be duplicated on our website. Credits cannot be changed during the judging period.
- Make sure your application does not include agency names and logos in the campaign description or files, except for self-promotion.
- The rule of confidentiality of the judging of competitive works: in the files, links and description of the creative idea of the competitive works, it is not possible to place the logo and the name of the participant, except for self-promotion. Jury members must not know which agency/studio/participant belongs to the work under consideration. Violation of this rule may result in a reduction of points in the assessment.
- When registering an account, check the correctness and relevance of the information entered, as it is used by the Organizing Committee to contact the participant.
- The content of the field "Participant's name" is duplicated on the website, in the diploma and the Award Ceremony, so enter the name of the agency/company without quotes, brackets and form of ownership.
- The festival participant guarantees the legal use of music, photos, texts, etc. in the competition works, and undertakes to independently resolve all possible copyright disputes.
MEDIA TYPES & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. IMAGE:
- main image (execution or presentation image)
- execution image - the digital version of the original advertisement or execution, exactly as it ran
- presentation image - a visual presentation of your work, including images and texts (project board) - additional image: digital image that may help support your entry

2. VIDEO:
- film 180 seconds max: the original film advertisement, video content, exactly as it aired.
- sound video 180 seconds max: the original audio ad as video file which includes English script as subtitles.
- case film / demo film (120 seconds max):
- case film - a short film explaining your work. Content includes the brief, execution and results
- demo film - this is either a ‘making of’, a recording of the activation in action or a walk through showing the specific elements of your work. - awards show film (short case film 30-45 seconds max): a shorter, edited version of your film or case film. This will be shown at the award show and will not be shown to the jury.

A direct link to your digital execution e.g. website, microsite, app download page or social media page; or a webpage which explains your work in English.
URLs must start with ‘https://’ and preferably accessible without a login or password. Please make sure that your entry is accessible online.
For the purposes of impartiality, please ensure you do not refer to the name of your agency or any contributing creative companies or persons anywhere on your submission materials URL with the exception of self-promotion.
