ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS
KEY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Entry materials represent the key components of your submission. They are what the judges will review, watch, and read when making their decisions.
- Material requirements vary by contest and category - some are mandatory, others optional or recommended.
- Unlaunched concept or open‑brief works are not eligible for participation (except for the categories of CONCEPT DESIGN and STUDENT DESIGN).
- Please make sure your entry is filled in correctly, files meet the category’s technical requirements, and can be shown to judges and publicly.
- Each work constitutes one entry.
- Entries forming a campaign (or series) of several works must be submitted as a series/campaign of entries. Each entry in the series is paid separately.
- A series/campaign of entries is a group of entries tied to one creative idea. Each entry must promote the same product or service using the same medium. You may submit a series of two or more executions as part of a campaign.
- Carefully check and double‑check the credits you have entered. These credits will be published on our website exactly as you typed them, and they cannot be altered during judging.
- The entry and its materials must be understood in English. Please explain or translate any wordplay, as well as local, social, cultural, or political references and nuances.
- The entry must not include any mention of the entering company (unless the entering company is the advertiser/client) or any contributing creative companies in the entry materials or written explanation, except in cases of self-promotion or where such references were part of the original execution.
