Creative idea:
Traditionally, pet tech, especially with the "canine" audience, uses the paw as the initial branding idea. For our app, we were looking for a different base that would bring together different pets, but also be more unique in a competitive environment. It was also necessary to come up with a name that would be unique, light, playful, and would have a nice bonus — a free .com domain. This is how Bubibo appeared. Superapp for noses and pet parents. At the heart of the identity, you'll never guess... a nose that works well as an app icon, brand hero, physical object (pet id), pet friendly sticker and even social responsibility swag. It is complemented by vertical tabs familiar to us from social networks and illustrations by Sestry Feldman, which distinguish bubibo from “stock” brands. We integrated the visual system into the UX/UI and communication to explain the numerous possibilities of the super app, such as training courses, on-tap vet and grooming appointments, and branded pet ID tag — to make sure your nose wouldn't get lost (already available in MasterZoo, one of the largest Ukrainian pet supply chains).
