Creative idea:
While promoting Credit Agricole’s eco payment card, we also wanted to unleash creativity of Dawid Podsiadło, brand’s ambassador and the biggest pop star in Poland. To draw his fans’ attention to the wise use of plastic, for Dawid’s tour we created a new set design out of collected plastic trash. Then we gave this plastic a third life by melting it to make 14 unique phonograph records. Each with its own visual style, each containing a different song from tour’s set list. They all featured a bonus track - cover of ‘Sailing’, created entirely from the sounds of plastic waste. The records have been put up for charity auction. When the average Polish monthly salary in 2021 was 866 euros, each of our records has been auctioned for the average of 1163 euros, gathering collectively 16 281 euros (76 519 PLN). Credit Agricole rounded this up 100 000 PLN and donated to Polish Zero Waste Association, to be used for environmental education. Video depicting the process of making the records has been viewed on YouTube more than 350 000 times.
