Ukraine2EU – EU integration support programme for Ukraine – is one of the EU flagship initiatives, jointly launched with the EU, Denmark and Lithuania. In cooperation with the EU members states community, it provides strategic support and expert advice to Ukrainian state bodies leading EU accession efforts. The program's activities will focus on strengthening the capacity of key Ukrainian stakeholders in managing EU accession negotiations, increasing access to expert knowledge in EU law, and raising awareness and understanding of EU accession among Ukrainian society and other stakeholders. It will also support civil society organizations that contribute to the EU accession process. The program’s visual identity is centered around the symbol of a bird — a clear and universally recognized metaphor for freedom and purpose. This emblem not only echoes the core values of the European Union, but also reflects Ukraine’s journey: a nation building strategic partnerships in its fight for freedom, broadening its planning horizons and reaching for new heights. The typographic approach draws on the traditional forms of Ukrainian script, with all letters set in uppercase to convey strength, unity, and reliability. The text itself becomes a visual anchor for the bird symbol — a point of balance and support. To offset the solidity of the monolithic logomark, the visual system incorporates delicate linear patterns that evoke the flight paths of a bird flock — a metaphor for coordinated movement and collective effort. These lines embody the spirit of collaboration that underpins the program’s success, emphasizing that synchrony in action and transformation is essential to achieving lasting results. The identity was unveiled alongside the program’s goals at the April 2025 conference, “Ukraine’s EU Membership: Not If, but When.”
