We know how awkward it was to buy your first condoms at the pharmacy. We anticipate how many times you've thought about getting tested for sexually transmitted infections but never made it to the lab. And we await the moment when family planning becomes a lifestyle, not just another reason for doubt and nervous jokes. In anticipation of World Contraception Day on September 26, UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine, conducted thematic activities: an educational discussion with experts on sex education and the opportunity to receive free contraception for all visitors. Our task was to develop the branding for this project. Analyzing existing campaigns and the usual communication style regarding unprotected sex, we saw a lot of alarming images and scare tactics. However, we understood that the topic is extremely sensitive, intimate, and requires delicacy and sensitivity. So, the branding came out vibrant, fun, and comfortable to perceive, even for those who still giggle at the word "condom," and the implemented advertising materials quickly attracted attention and sparked curiosity.
