Kyiv was one of the first cities to become a hot spot at the beginning of the war. Thousands of Kyivites were trapped and short of medicine and food. Our team took part in the development of the official digital platform of the Kyiv Humanitarian Headquarters from the Kyiv City State Administration, which brought together volunteers, donor companies, and ordinary Kyivites in need: https://potreby.kyivcity.gov.ua/eng In addition to the site development, we helped to create a structured database for the comfortable work of all team, including a call center, which processed all requests, also we filled this database with relevant data, and organized personalized access to all participants to the data they needed. During the function of the platform, tens of thousands of Kyiv residents from all districts received assistance, and joint efforts managed to attract more than 29,000 volunteers, 300 food establishments, 400 foreign and Ukrainian donor companies, 700 loaders and 6,000 drivers. When the threat near the capital passed, the Kyiv Humanitarian Headquarters continued their work and began redirecting aid to neighboring regions in need of support. Volunteers are strength!
