Valeriana Bolharska has numerous cheaper clones. To differentiate it, we had to transform the brand from a traditional granny's 'calms down nerves' image into the one of 'expertise'. We choose an irreverent expert, not the brand itself, but the one who suffers from stress the most - the Stress ball. New idea sparked interest in our brand and helped to increase the market share.
