Creative idea:
Background Halytska Svizhyna, a meat retail chain with 50+ stores, needed to rebrand its kids' product line. The old design was outdated, hard to adapt, and too infantile, appealing only to toddlers. The goal was to modernize the brand to launch new products and expand into external retail networks. Idea Meet "Namynaka" (a kid with a great appetite)—the "champion of clean plates." We changed the packaging focus: a playful mouth-shaped window now acts as the main visual identifier, showing the real product inside. The back features fun recipes (e.g., sausage octopuses), while sticker-medals inside reward kids for finishing their meals. This playful positioning naturally inspired new SKUs like "meat bricks" (nuggets) and easily scaled to branded retail shelves and dedicated fridges. Results What started as a packaging redesign became a comprehensive business solution. The client left not just with a modern, flexible visual identity, but with a strategic product matrix expansion and a complete marketing plan for successfully launching in external networks.
