Winners of the 2026 CRAVE Awards Announced

As part of Ukrainian Creative Stories 2026, the winners of the CRAVE Awards were announced — an open creative competition for young talents and those aspiring to enter the advertising industry. The competition was initiated by the All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition and Havas Village.
The competition effectively revived the legendary “New Names in Advertising” format in a modern form. Its goal is to discover a new generation of designers, strategists, digital and AI creatives, giving them visibility in the market, mentorship support, and a real start in their careers. This season’s participants include students, professionals with up to one year of experience, and those currently changing careers (career switchers).

We know very well that sometimes a single opportunity, a single brief, or a chance to be noticed can change a person’s career path. That is why the CRAVE Awards are much more than just a competition for us. It is an opportunity to discover new talent, support people who are just taking their first steps in the industry or have decided to enter it with new professional experience, and help them get a real start in their careers,” comments Natalia Morozova, CEO of Havas Village.
The competition took the form of developing solutions for three specific and independent briefs:
- Real Client Brief: developing a Christmas campaign for a brand;
- Social Impact: creating a social campaign for the non-profit organization Generation+;
- AI / Technology Brief: developing a creative solution using artificial intelligence and modern technologies.
The evaluation of entries took place in two stages. The jury consisted of leading representatives of the Ukrainian communications market: creative directors, strategists, agency heads, and brand representatives. They evaluated the creativity of the ideas, the quality of execution, and how closely the entries aligned with the brief.
