ADC*UA Student Awards and Creative Schools Ranking
February 19, 2026
The ADC*UA Club is launching the Creative Schools Ranking and officially opening submissions for ADC*UA Student Awards 2026.
The Ukrainian club ADC*UA announces a competition for young creatives, students, and recent graduates across all creative disciplines – ADC*UA Student Awards. The competition paves the way for a new generation of innovators in design, advertising, and visual communications. Based on its results, the Creative Schools Ranking by ADC*UA will be formed for the first time.
ADC*UA Student Awards invites emerging creatives to submit their work across 14 competition categories. Participation is not only an opportunity to gain professional recognition, but also a chance to increase visibility within the industry and unlock new career prospects.
Applicants aged 18+ are eligible if, at the time of submission, they are:
- students of academies and art schools, colleges, bachelor’s or master’s programs;
- students of educational platforms specializing in creative professions;
- recent graduates.
Professional schools and specialized educational institutions whose students participate in ADC*UA Student Awards will earn points that influence their position in the Creative Schools Ranking. The ranking results will be announced at the end of May.
For young talents, this is an important step in professional development and a chance to gain national recognition. For educational institutions, it is a prestigious acknowledgment of the quality of education and their contribution to developing the country’s creative potential.
Kosta Schneider, President of ADC*UA and Chief Creative Officer, Publicis Groupe Ukraine and Czech Republic, commented:
“We are pleased to introduce a new competition for young talents in our industry, within which the Creative Schools Ranking of Ukraine will be established. Its goal is to spotlight not only young creatives – the future stars of Ukraine’s advertising community, but also the educational institutions where they study or received their professional training.
This ranking opens the door for Ukrainian schools to enter the Global Creative College Rankings by The One Club for Creativity. ADC*UA Student Awards serves as a kind of creative filter: schools that rank highly in our system effectively validate their level for the global industry.
Our ranking is not just a list of winners – it is a gateway to the international context. Winning locally gives students confidence and a case ready to compete at ADCE Student Awards 2026. The more our students win here, the louder the names of Ukrainian schools resonate internationally, attracting the attention of the global creative community”.
The jury of ADC*UA Student Awards 2026 will include members of the ADC*UA Club – leading Ukrainian creative professionals with expertise in advertising, design, branding, and communications. They will select the finalists (shortlists) and prize winners.
The award ceremony will be a special moment for participants – an opportunity to take the stage, celebrate their creativity, and discover the strongest works of 2026. The event will take place on May 28 as part of the ADC*UA Awards 2026 ceremony.
Submissions can be made via creative-stories.com.ua within the ADC*UA Awards competition (ADC*UA Student Awards category). Detailed participation requirements are available via the link.
The submission deadline is April 20.
